The baozaboy™ Emergency Hotline (+65 8025 4255) is a private service dedicated to providing urgent assistance related to our shop’s operations. This hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A fee of $10 SGD will be charged for every emergency call made to the hotline.
A fee of $100 SGD will be charged for non-emergency calls or misuse of the hotline (e.g., calls unrelated to urgent shop matters).
By calling the hotline, you acknowledge and agree to these charges.
An emergency call is defined as a call requiring immediate assistance directly related to baozaboy™ products, services, or urgent shop-related matters.
Charges will be invoiced and payable within 7 days of the call. Failure to settle fees may result in suspension of access to the hotline service and further action.
baozaboy™ is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the hotline service.
This emergency hotline is a private service and is not affiliated with or a replacement for official government emergency services (e.g., 999 or 995 in Singapore). For life-threatening or official emergencies, please contact the appropriate emergency authorities.
baozaboy™ reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the hotline after changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.
